MD, the Medical Diary, or Medical journal, lets you chart your glucose values, cholesterol, blood pressure and pulse rates, as well as your weight. Chart them either as 3D charts, or display as lists and print in either format. It also allows you to keep a journal, or diary and track your appointments. Print appointments for a month, or the whole year. Print 3D charts for a week, a month, or a whole year. Keep and print a journal, with up to 12 pages per day. That's a journal, or diary with 4320 pages a year!

Blood pressure, pulse rates, cholesterol and weight can also be charted in 3D and printed.
